Linux Mint 9 KDE RC released with new Software and Network managers.

The KDE favor of the popular Linux Mint 9 is almost ready for a larger audience as the first release candidate has been made available. Linux Mint 9 KDE RC still has some known issues, but is overall usable and stable enough for most people. Linux Mint 9 KDE is based on the latest Kubuntu 10.04 “Lucid Lynx” and comes with KDE SC 4.4.4.
Linux Mint 9 KDE brings the best the latest Kubuntu release has to offer, a faster boot, the latest stable KDE SC and three years of updates thanks to it being a long-term support (LTS) version. The new release finally makes the switch from the GNOME Network Manager to the KDE Network Manager.
